Charles E. Lay Dixie Two-Seat Monoplane Project of 1924

Hi,

I never found this US aircraft project in Aerofiles site,it was side-by-side two-seat mid-wing monoplane
sporting project as I know,called Dixie,powered by one 40 hp engine.
