From the description:

1960’s 1/4" scale, “Carter Aircraft” Prototype Wind Test Model Airplane and 1/16 scale blueprint. The undated blueprint measures 28” tall by 51” wide and is marked Carter Aircraft, Co., Stead Air Base, Reno NV and Drawing by J.C. It is faded and has many rips and chips but all the drawings and text are still intact with no tape repairs. It should be professionally mounted and covered away from sunlight to preserve it. The all-original model airplane measures 28” long, 26” wide, 8” tall to the top of the plastic propeller, 6” to the top of the rear wing. Wood stand measures 10” by 7” at the widest and the curved metal holder is 5 ½” tall to where the plane rests on it. Model plane and stand weigh 5 lb. Plane is made mostly out of fiberglass.
