I don't think NIL can enter logic chip foundary market any soon, though it seems like for flash and RAM, there's a real chance that we could see a new, real competitior for the sub-7nm range semiconductor lithography. DSA could also become a possible future player in the Angstrom era, though unlike NIL I'm - as far as I'm aware of - not seeing any real investments like Canon did for NIL. Just as much as it was disappointing to see Nikon axing their EUV efforts, it's exciting to see how NIL will fare.
