I found this on Oryx's list of Cuban military vehicles, the UB-32s are obvious but I have questions due to the photo quality. Are those RPGs on the top, or manpads, or something else? The connection between the car and the launcher looks like a Strela 1, is there really a chance they'd turn an air defense asset into a crappy ground warfare system? They're not lacking for artillery but deterring the USAF with old tech sounds like it would require all the relevant equipment they have.
