BWB military transport with 4 x F135s ?

One F135 is 18 tons of thrust. Now how about taking four F-35B propulsion systems, fans included, and put that into a BWB transport ? Total 72 tons of VTOL thrust. Should be enough to build a niche transport with a decent payload, for special ops maybe.

What would be the technical issues ? F-35B and its propulsion system seems to work well enough.
