Wow!
Never heard of Beuhler Executive before.
Did it fly?
I suspect that it would have suffered many of the same balance and stability problems as the next dozen straight-wing canards. The engine is too far aft for Rutan-style canard balance and the ridders are too far forward for yaw stability.
