We know from all Breguet aircarft and project, from Type 1 to 900 (the missing 490),so if someone has this book,I want only to ask about Breguet 490,a project of 1940 ?,and thanks.
I very much doubt that the book in question would have any projects in it. From the photos I've seen on eBay, it contains photos and info of aircraft that were actually produced. Here is the contents list:

Does anyone know if the original "Breguet Short" (which was different from the Bizerte, notably its tail) ever received an inhouse designation? I am tempted to think it could have been the Type 520, but who knows? It could also have been the Type 490.

Hello,
It's the first Short Calcutta, bought by Breguet. It served as model for the production by Breguet under license.
Breguet had built 3 different models: Calcutta, Bizerte and Saigon.

That's what I thought, too, but I was suggesting that perhaps Breguet gave their license-built Calcutta airplanes a model number for record purposes, and obviously the missing "490" seems the ideal candidate for it.

In January 1928, Breguet proposed a family of seaplanes:
- Breguet 340: flying boat with Short-type hull, 2 Lorraine 18Ka 650 hp, or 3 Renault 12Kg 550 hp, or 4 HS 12Ja 350 hp, or 4 GR 9Aa 380 hp
- Breguet 350: variant of Breguet 340, with 2 Lorraine 18Kd
- Breguet 360: military catamaran seaplane, full steel type with 3 engines
- Breguet 370: civil version of Breguet 360

I attach the Breguet 350 wind-tunnel model as example.

Does that mean the designations 340-370 were reused later on? I have them for completely different types...

This is a possibility. This is not the only cases of known designations reused for completely different planes, such as Breguet 510 or 600 for example.

Also Breguet 500.

There is no reason to think this.

That's a logical expecting, but the question is,if this project was intended for civil use only or for also'
military role ?!.

As already discussed, what you call "logical" means nothing in the real world. If you do not have an evidence, it has no value.

What about if it built,to use as a military concept ?.
