the Aircopta was a British rotorcraft Project of 1964,designed by Mr. N.
Dunmow and Mr. B. Coleman of Leytonstone London,has anyone a
drawing to it ?.

Houston Gyroplane Projected single seat gyroplane designed by P.J.Houston as an advance on similar contemporary types. It was to have been constructed at South Nutfield, Surrey and the registration
G-ARSZ was allocated to the designer in September 1961, but the scheme was eventually shelved.

here is a gyroplane,designed and built by D. J. Penn-Smith at Markfield,Leicester.

Derek Penn-Smith's autogyro was preserved - at least until recently. It was in the collection the now-shuttered Stondon Transport Museum at Henlow. In 2015 the autogyro was auctioned off by Brightwells with an estimated value of £600. Quote below come from the auction bumf:

"There was only one aircraft built: G-AXOM and this was first flown at Wymeswold airfield on 5th April 1970. The Penn-Smith gyrocopter made its first public appearance (non-flying) at Sywell aerodrome on 11th July 1970 and a Permit to Fly (a type of certificate of airworthiness) was issued on 25th August 1970... Retired from use in 1974, G-AXOM was aquired for the Stondon Collection in 1994."

One of the non-motoring exhibits at the Stondon Transport Museum. With a 20ft [6.1m] diameter rotor it first flew in 1970, and was the only one of its type, designed by D.J.Penn-Smith at Leicester.

That could be J.A.J. Bennett (James Allan Jamieson Bennett). Perhaps a follow-on from his 1944 US Patent - US 2,344,967 'Helicopters and Gyroplanes' - and his British application 32,731 dated November 26, 1937?

The 1944 US patent (applied for in 1937) is better-known because it featured in a suit brought against Kaman in 1967 for infringement by the latter's HOK-1 design.
