this company was called British Klemm Aeroplane Company, formed in 1927,and in 1935 renamed as above, built
Klemm L.25 under licence as B.K.1 Swallow, and followed by B.K.2 Eagle which similar to L.32,when change the
title,it introduced B.A.III Cupid,a single seat monoplane,consider a small version of Eagle,then came B.A.IV Double
Eagle,a twin engined six-seat high-mod-wing light transport monoplane, all were constructed.

I don't know if it had a Projects or not ?,it also built the Cierva C.40.
