Bristol RA Projects

In Vulcans Hammer, Chris Gibson refers to two Bristol pathfinder and target marker projects under the designations RA.4 and RA.6. Does anyone know more about this Bristol project designation system, and possibly any more RA projects?

Sounds like they could be part of the SBAC designation series to me, assuming Bristol was assigned the letter 'R'.
