Breda-Pittoni BP-1471 Floatplane Project

Hi,


I know we opened a topic in Aerospace section about Breda-Pittoni BP-471
transport aircraft;

but here is a the Breda-Pittoni BP-1471,a floatplane version of it,the
same fuselage fitted with twin floats,it was a project,so I open a new topic for it.

According to Guido Bergomi (Aerei importanti ma poco conosciuti a cura di Guido Bergomi, Il Corriere dell’Aviatore, N.11-12, Novembre-Dicembre 2017, pp.52-53), those floats would be the same as those of the Cant. Z 506.

On the B.P.1471, the twin float gear could be " facilmente sostituiti con le ruote per tornare al tipo terrestre" (readily replaced with wheels to return to the terrestrial type). I'm not sure if that means that the standard rectractable tricycle wheeled undercarriage of the B.P.471 would be installed or if a special wheeled gear was to be designed for the B.P.1471.
