Sorry, can't help drectly. However, since the Hubschraubermuseum Bückeburg holds the sole Bölkow BO 103 as well as BO 105s (which brackets the BO 104 design), it may be worth contacting them:
Hello
The Bo 104 was a two seats project with 2X120ps NSU Wankel motors (total weight 880kg )
This bad picture is the only I have ever seen ,and comes from the 1961 Salon de l'Air -Le Bourget - report in " Les Ailes "
Later ,the very same drawing was named Bo 105 when fitted with 2 " Kleingasturbinen "
The concept - 2 turbined was continued in the later much bigger Bo 105 .
Sorry , looking closer,the 2 pictures depict the Bo 104 .
The turbines were from the beginning for the bigger Bo 105 .
Here the Bo 104 3 views published in "Hubshrauber und tragshrauber ,die deutsche Luftfahrt Bd 3" Bernard&Graefe Verlag 1982 .
