[USER=3968]@Byeman[/USER], is NASA contractually on the hook for six operational flights or is this structured as a sort of limited IDIQ?  What if Boeing reflight delays cause NASA to be unable to manifest six operational Starliner flights before ISS deorbit?


I wonder what Boeing's ETC for the program is looking like now. At what point Boeing's overruns will exceed the costs of walking away from the contract (notwithstanding the PR costs as well poisoning their relationship with NASA)?
