Two later trips (2003 and 2005) showed a progression in restrictions. In 2008 I had to sit my butt at a table and stay there.I'm led to understand that I wouldn't get *that* far today. I'm also led to believe that in the 1990's your average Joe could more or less walk in right off the street.
