The paper this image comes from is here but it's not complete and the key page is missing. My suspicion based on how the footnotes were done is that it's from the Air Force Flight Dynamics Laboratory report cited in footnote 4 (Kulfan and Vachel, "Application of Laminar Flow Control to Large Subsonic Military Transport Airplanes," AFFDL-TR-77-65, July 1977).

There's a paper related to the same design here. Robert Kulfan and John D. Vachel are listed as Boeing Commerical Aircraft Company employees.

The book American Secret Projects: US Airlifters Since 1962 describes on pages 36-38 two Boeing LFC design studies, the Model 741-6 and Model 748B-28A. Specifications for both proposals are as follows:

Boeing Model 741-6
Powerplant: four Pratt & Whitney J57 turbojets (13,750 lb thrust each)
Length: 128 feet 10 in
Wingspan: 134 feet 5.5 in
Height: 38 feet 4 in
Max TOW: 297,000 lb
Max payload: 82,000 lb
Range: 5,400 nm with 80,000 lb payload; 6,600 nm with 40,000 lb payload; 7,300 nm with 20,000 lb

Boeing Model 748B-28A
Powerplant: four Pratt & Whitney JT3D turbofans (23,000 lb thrust each)
Length: 187 feet
Wingspan: 206 feet
Height: 55 feet
Max TOW: 438,000 lb
Cargo bay: 100 feet long x 16 feet wide x 14 feet high
