Over many years I have gathered together brochures and artwork (cards ads etc) for the Boeing SST
So far I have artwork for the following:
Airlift (photo of broken model from ebay)
Alitalia (drawing in brochure)
Braniff (image from Internet site)
Continental (photo of model in brochure-meatball colours)
CP Air (poor black and white drawing from Internet)
Delta (picture of desktop model and artwork from internet site)
Eastern( poor black and white artwork and photo of old model)
El Al (black and white drawing in book and photo of model in b/w)
Iberia (colour photo of model in brochure)
Lufthansa (back and white drawing in brochure)
Pan Am (postcard and internet site b/w artwork)
TWA (postcard and side elevation in book)
United (black and white artwork)
World (picture from Internet site)
None of the above scan too well I am afraid.
Other airlines that had options :
Aer Lingus
Air France
Air India
Aeronaves de Mexico (until 1967/8)
BOAC
Pakistan International
Panagra (until 1966)
Seaboard World (?)
Transamerica

I may have omitted some

Iberia 2707

Would you please detail the Iberia colours on that 2707? I'd like to produce a profile.

Thanks in advance

Thanks a lot Enpalme, specially from that drawing in Iberia colours.

That models in airline colours really enhance the natural beauty of the aircraft. What a glamurous bird, the real thing would have been simply breathtaking.

Does anyone have a copy of Wingwalkers: The Story of Canadian Airlines International by Peter Pigott? There's supposed to be an image of a CP Air "Boeing SST" in it.

Many thanks for the extra images.
The Iberia bird is similar to the schemes in the brochures, though I think there is a little more red. I will track mine down, though one is only black-white.
The Aeronaves de Mexico artwork is fascinating as it seems to show the Lockheed 2000 entry rather than the Boeing 2707. I imagine that is because Lockheed provided the picture (there is a picture of the 2000 in BOAC colours in a Flight from about 1964 or so).
Panagra were also an option holder. I think Panair De Brasil also flirted with the SST.

Dear Boys & Girls, I would be VERY interested to see the complete external configuration of the swing-wing Boeing 2707-200 (the version produced by Revell in 1/200 with the area-ruled fuselage but without the canards) showing all the external skin panel lines. The Revell kit is pleasing, but very plain and cries out for some serious rescribed panel lines......

Thanks,

Terry, (Caravellarella).

Terry - these could be of help - some documents are available online and can give an idea of external panel lines. So far I've postponed my kit for better times...
