I would certainly be interested in seeing this written up, if you ever decide to. I have old posts on how to read budgets, etc. bookmarked, but a systematic approach would be helpful. I'm sure I'm not the only person who doesn't have a ton to contribute and therefore lurks, but would like to learn more about how to do this research.
