What it *does* prove is that a manta-ray inspired aerostatic ornithopter can fly quite impressively indoors.. And although I find it *really neat* it's probably more interesting in terms of materials and research than any real aeronautical application.FWIW This is from episode 1 of "Wallace & Gromit's World of Invention". Episode 2 is all aerospace and would probably be of interest or entertainment value to many readers of this site.
