A German report on Allied aircraft discovered by Gregory D. Heuer at NARA and published at the Luft46 Facebook public group,
https://www.facebook.com/groups/678300375530524?locale=pt_PT, showing what I believe is a Soviet Belyayev design, sharing many "EOI" or "PBI" features. Comments are appreciated.

That huge “spinner” might also negate some of the problems with boundary layer separation suffering by other low-winged pushers.

As the legend implies, it was called "SIG" (Skorostnii Istrebitel ...?), dating from 1940, intended to have a Mikulin AM-37 engine.
