That artist's impression was also published in the German magazine Flug-Revue, March 1989, page 40.
The Italian magazine "Volare" was a subsidiary company of Flug-Revue as it says in the picture caption.

Mini concorde ? interesting, too bad that the supersonic civilian aircraft were always excesively expensive specially in the develpment stage.
