I dabble in scratch built RC electrics and one thing I'd like to make is LM's 6th Gen fighter concept. Before I go through all the effort of building the model I have to determine the CG. One quick way to do that is build a chuck glider:
The dimensions are a guess as is wing platform but I'm not striving to make super scale model (hard to do with a artist concept!). Interestingly it has a CG That's waaaaay forward, a lot like a F-23. It does glide nice though and recovers pretty well from spins.
