I read it and enjoyed it. It provided a quick over-view of a wide variety of circular paper projects. Most of those projects proved unstable in hover or wildly optimistic about supersonic speeds.
Not as much detail as some of the Avro Arrow books or that engineer's book about the AVRO jetliner.
