Yes, really a nice idea, but the one, who came up with it, probably had near to no experience
in designing neither a helicopter, nor a tank !
It somehow reminds me to the "Blue Peacekeeper" ( https://www.secretprojects.co.uk/threads/flying-tanks.724/post-95766 ),
where another military officer had published an idea for a flying tank, too, cobbling together pieces
of then current technology, without much thought about the basics.
That theme simply seems to be too tempting ..
