Mr Arnold Ebneter in 1947 designed his first aircraft, which was a modification of
Fairchild PT-23 two seat into three seat, called "The Dreamer".

Once again you skipped through an article much too hastily and completely got it wrong.

Ebneter (who was then barely out of his teens) was no aircraft engineer but he was "trying to find a way to turn a two-seat PT-23 into an airplane with three seats". That was a totally distinct project from "The Dreamer", which you can plainly see had only ONE SEAT and doesn't look one bit like the PT-23 nor has its dimensions!!!
