Director Todd Douglas Miller used unseen 70 mm footage from Apollo 11 mission.
I hope this will be presented in 70 mm format for Imax and later in Blu ray or K4.

I saw this one on an IMAX screen and that is the way to see it. The opening shot - you are in a car riding next to the Crawler as it is moving and you are looking up at the Saturn V on its way to the pad. And it gets better from there.

If you do get a chance to see it in a theater, do stay for the closing credits. The historical footage continues through the credits.

In the Netherlands, It'll be shown in the Omniversum (which has a hemispherical Omnimax screen). And it'll be the abridged version (50 minutes).

Good News IMAX theaters in Europe show Apollo 11 end June begin July
also show the "Lichtpalast" in Essen in Germany the 70mm copy at 14 July

I saw the movie on an IMAX screen in Brussel Kinepolis
Mind blowing experience, in picture and Sound
The Crawler rattling its way with Saturn V toward Pad 39A or the Saturn V take off.
and please sit down at the closing credits, the movie continue.

The full version is in non-IMAX theaters too at the moment, at least in .nl. But don't wait too long, attendance at the screening I went to last week was minimal.
