I found this tank serial number but i cant find FV4009 blueprint or information ,if someone have this tank information or blueprint can you give me Please ?

I was about to say the same - an "unused placeholder" within the FVRDE designation listings.

One wonders if the FV4009 might have been a quickly-abandoned notion for a medium tank using a hull similar to that of the FV4010 Malkara ATGM launch vehicle?
