What bathroom facilities ? And to think some alternate histories have women flying aboard Apollo.. nice try, but some details would have been, well, tricky

Anyway - worst things have happened aboard the shuttle, you know (although that one was deliberate, admittedly)

One day an astronaut carried a sausage with him in the toilet. When he got out, he deliberately let it float in the direction of his fellows. I let you imagine their feelings at the sight of that brownish little meteoroid - needless to say, they screamed in horror and retreated in a hurry.
The astronaut then shrugged, smiled, and swallowed the sausage.
