Hi,
Context. There is documented evidence that the US embarked in the mid 1950s on a large theoretical and experimental 'antigravity' propulsion research effort on which little peer-reviewed material has been made available to this day (if it ever existed); all major aircraft manufacturers took an interest in this newborn science, not only in the US but in the UK, Germany, France, etc. Most of this information can be found on dedicated wikipedia pages. Such as: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_gravity_control_propulsion_research
Ephemera. In addition to this known, published material, some ephemera of interest occasionally pop up. They are rare but still of historical interest.
Bay material. On the bay, recently, one of these showed up. Please find attached a copy of this particular ephemera with its source:

The seller describes the item as follows: "Estate sale find, pure gold. A teletype from Bell aerospace in 1965 proving the United States government was working on anti-gravity technology at at least 4 places in the mid 1960's. Research the Nazi "Bell" experiments as reported on by author JIm Marrs in his books. A great addition for any serious researcher."
Recipient. This one of four document was sent to a former senior Bell XS-1 engineer, Bill Swenson on which some information is available: "A 32-year Bell employee, Bill Swenson of Amherst remembers having Armstrong and other astronauts as guests in his home when he lived in Houston. He sat on the couch and chatted with Dr. Walter Dornberger about space, and more than just going to the moon. They talked about going to Mars and beyond."

Again, the teletype tastes a bit like UFO fringe science, but it still remains interesting and enjoyable.
A.
PS) Quite unfortunately, the seller with whom I had some correspondence, did not seem, at first, to understand that "Bell" refered to a world-famous aircraft manufacturer with crowned experimental achievements (X-1) and he prefered to claim an alleged, yet undocumented, nazi saucer conspiracy-like stuff on which we already have a closed topic here: http://www.secretprojects.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,21789.75.html The item is/was initially offered for sale at a hefty price of 2500 USD.
