The Peregrine Small Launch Vehicle is also known as the Peregrine Launch System (PLS).

The Peregrine is the smallest of a potential family of space vehicles, developed by Andrews as part of Operationally Responsive Spacelift (ORS). First attached picture is taken from the paper AIAA 2005-6683: Comparison of Vertical and Horizontal Takeoff Hybrid Launch Systems to Address Responsive Space Needs (available here).
