Many tonks ago, I found a recipe for Canadian Pumkin pie.
A version without eggs in the filling which is described as a USA thing.
It was great and I managed to make it with pumpkins I grew in the garden myself rather than shop bought which obviously makes it better anyway.
Problem is I lost it during one of my house moves and have not been able to find it since which disappoints me on a regular basis. I do struggle through like we all do when terrible, terrible events occur like this.
Does anyone have a recipe for this amazing dish please?
