J79 air flow is 170 pounds Spey is 204... Tiger started out with ducts for 120/140 depending on source and swapping to the J79 increased range by 21-24% on an engine swap that went from a .90 SFC to a .80 one.


Think we probably have the room since we are splitting the increased airflow between two inlets feeding a single engine rather than each inlet feeding its own engine. 


It would work even better with an RB-199 but that is years in the future and not available.
