...Or at least a twin-tail arrangement, and arguably one where the tails aren't angled towards the fusilage, as was the case with the D-21 mishap. IIRC, some of the drag issue that helped slam the D-21 back into the mothership was caused by the inward-cantilevered tails. ...Considering lack of response, I'd say the latter is the most likely suspect.
