If you absolutely wanted to create a topic for this particular aircraft (which to me is completely pointless), at least you could have made the title a little less lazy and generic... How about "Sellmer pivot-winged plane (1934)"?
Or maybe you wanted to start a topic about ALL little-known US pre-war aircraft builders? In that case the title should be "Little-known pre-war American homebuilds" or something similar (the term "designer" is deceiving, especially considering many of those pre-war guys worked in their barn following a trial-and-error method — most of them were no engineers!).
