The Learjet is too small to be a useful tanker, it couldn't carry a meaningful amount of transfer fuel.A better makeshift would be fitting the Navy's buddy IFR pods to the Air Force Canberras. This isn't a patch on getting more KC130s let alone a big, airliner derived tanker like B707s, but it would be better than nothing and give Argentina a few more tanker options.
