As far as I can tell no there was no other BICh fighter that was actually built that had weapons.  Several of the concept fighters by BICh do spear to be designed for combat, however as far as I know the BICh 18 was the only non tailless aircraft designed by BICh.  Also the engineering seems wrong.  Generally if you mount a large cannon you either mount it under the plane, or through the body, where its located looks like a good way to decapitate the pilot when the cannon is fired.
