Aircraft from Ukraine ?

do you have any informations about this aircraft?,
which built in 1968 in Ukraine.

here is anther company called Ukraine Industrial,developed many aircraft projects and
an attack version of Mil Mi-2 helicopter,but I don't know if it is real exist or not,mean
a fake designs or not ?.
