Air Corps Request for Data R40-C?

I apologize if this has been covered before, I've searched extensively through the forums without finding it. I'm looking for an actual copy of Request for Data R40-C, sometimes listed as R-40C. I've read with interest all the threads that have talked about the aircraft put forward as a result of it, but I haven't been able to find a copy of the document itself, even in the National Archives. Anyone know where it might be found?

I have to admit that's a new one on me. I have R40 and R40B, but have not encountered an R40C.

Can you describe what you think it covered?

It was for a long-range, high-speed interceptor, and it led to the XP-54, XP-55, XP-56, and XP-67. It seems like just the kind of thing that NARA would have in its archives, but I haven't been able to find it.
