Hi

Other rather obscure plane on this period is the heinkel hd-25/Aichi seaplane. I've found just a couple of pictures and a color profile.
Anyone has more ? Specially one 3d view :)

Regards
Luis

Please give them the ideas how to sell books worldwide ;)

Hi!
Aichi Experimental Three-seat Reconnaissance Seaplene.
Imported Heinkel HD-28 three seat reconnaissance seaplane had a poor reputation on a power relation, and the sight was bad. Therefore Aichi designed a modification of HD-28 in 1928. A modification version of HD-28 had a Nakajima Jupiter 8 type air-cooled radial 9 cylinder engine(takeoff power 520HP/1870r.p.m), had a little small shape and had forward moved seats. A main fuel tank was installed at upper wing. But the weight was excessive compared with engine powerand this airplane had no chance of practical use.
Span : 14.5m, Length : 10.55m, Height : 4.17m, Wing Area : 55 square meter
Empty weight : 1850kg, Gross weight : 3200kg
