Dear Boys and Girls, here is an article in French announcing the Agusta-Zappata AZ.8L airliner. It isn't a "project" because it was built and flown. It shows some odd features in comparison to its competitors like the Fokker F.27 Friendship and the Handley-Page Herald; such as a narrow 2 abreast seating fuselage and a cabin floor interrupted by protruding wing-spar carry-through structures (probably why it wasn't a successful contender in the DC-3 replacement market)......
