a question about another time line

If something happened in the another time line，such as the development of Science and technology constantly accelerate——so much so that the development is quicken than our time line.what can we see？
(For example，the Cold War and the WW3 which is broken out in 1894 between Soviet Republic of China and Holy Britannia Empire？ )

You mean, could we see things like Alcuberie Drives by ATL 2021? Then, no. But with earlier and faster tech development, we could see MAYBE fusion power and possibly even a working ion drive for enabling at least somewhat rapid trips between Earth and the Moon and Mars. That's about as far as I think tech could be pushed though
