Definitely not. Seems that there was applied the filter that finds some specific colour (light grey, or light sepia in this case) and replaces it with the different colour. This is why the leading edges are blue (they shouldnt be) or why you can find the same blue in a very unlikely place - under the horizontal tail, where it is attached to the fuselage.
