I like to think that every element of the Japanese Defence forces has a manual on how to deal with the big green fella.

What happened to the hand puppet?
That was the most antagonizing incarnation (before Shin Godzilla).

I am not sure if Godzilla is green, only know the Hulk is ......

I heard the rubber parts didn’t last long. That’s why only pieces from recent films(1980s to present) still exist.

Fun fact: I attended a presentation by Godzilla suit actor Haruo Nakajima in 1999. In the video clip at the :26 mark, Godzilla takes out a castle. The first try, he stumbled and fell head first into the castle model. Director was not happy. Sequence was reshot a week later (the castle model had to be rebuilt). On the second try, the director said something like, “lets try this again, and don’t trip.” Nakajima stumbled into the moat, but he attempted to save the shot by clawing the castle to pieces. The scene was used in the film Mothra vs Godzilla.

Pretty neat, do you know if a recording of the interview is floating around anywhere?

Godzilla was gray. It wasn’t until the film Godzilla 2000 that he appeared green. Later films, he became gray again.
Film posters and toys to blame. But whatever colour he is I still like the idea of Japan's Defense Forces having a G manual, just in case.

Whenever I see Type 61 tanks in the movies, I always wonder if they were Tamiya kits .... also the F-86, whether they were Hasegawa .....

Might slow him down (at the cost of severe property damage, and that is assuming the successful evacuation of civilians). Unlikely to seriously hurt him though.
