6th generation fighter with Levcons?

Will we see this on future fighter designs? A few proposals have been shown with canards. Could we see an improvement in Levcons type technology using pressurized air to control fore-body vortex control? Or is maneuverability finally irrelevant in the 6th generation?

Is dislike of canards institutionalized in the United States Air Force? Why would Boeing display an F/A-XX concept for the Navy with canards?
