That looks a bit like MAGNUM, an SD-HLLV concept pre-CaLV/Longfellow/Ares V

I think David Christiansen had a version where the engine equipped ET was kerolox and and had several RD-180s.

The SMUs look a bit wide....Blackstar's piece on the F-1 equipped Pyrios for THE SPACE REVIEW (Burning Thunder) had an artist's conception that mirrors the figure above--now that I think of it.

Link; UA-1207's did exist, and flew. The wide core Titan did not.

While the UA-1207 was real--would it be as wide as a wide-body Barbarian deal? I've seen some odd models of that.
