Dear Folks,
I've found out some interesting information about a lanucher glider project which roughly resembles German studies about the so-called "Mistel" combination (even if also Germans, Russians and English has conducted a lot of experimentations with parasite concepts during '30s).
The project was named "Startplano Bonomi-Silva" and it appeared in the Pubblication "Cronache di Guerra" ("War Chronicles") n. 36 of September 1940. It was designed by Vittorio Bonomi head of the Central Commission for Glide Fly of Regia Aeronautica.
The system was conceived essentially to avoid towing problems, linking rigidly the glider atop of the launcher aircraft. While the glider represented it is of an unidentified type the launcher it seems to have some resemblance of Nardi FN 305, even if it is clearly a different project.
