From the Lockheed 476L Basic Proposal comes this 3-view drawing of the Lockheed-Georgia GL-268-1 military transport study, dated December, 1960.

These photos were just recently posted at the San Diego Air & Space Museum (SDASM) Archives' Flickr Commons site. The Convair/General Dynamics slides are labeled "System 476L", and are followed in sequence by a C-141 "class" mock-up which I presume to be (given the listed 1960 creation date) part of their C-141 proposal. Here are a few photos in the posted sequence.

San Diego Air & Space Museum (SDASM) Archives have added additional System 476L presentation slides to their Flickr Commons collection.

Here are a couple of the interesting configurations depicted.

A dual engine pod arrangement with four-wheel bogey landing gear housed in the wings' anti-shock bodies.
