Looks like it would be hell in a hover (imagine the shadow created by those wings).
 
Maybe it should incorporate the lessons learned in Somalia and Iraq :
Never stand still over the battle field ! ;)

Or for those battlefields where sneaking around behind hills and tree lines are warranted, you can take the big wing off.
 
Looks like it has pretty high discloading....hover power requirements will be off the chart

sez 20.0 psf. That's V-22 range. Lots of download on that wing even with blown flaps.
