It was never assigned an NA- number, but it did get a D- number: it's the NAA D140 (per aim9xray's research into Robert Bradley's research at SDAM in San Diego). The project is also known by its NAA Engineering Sales Order: ESO 4638 for the U.S. Navy's BuAer OS-117 ASW Specification.
My earlier post in this topic (reply #46, dated December 14, 2009) has been updated accordingly.
