I found this strange aphibious helicopter project blindly. It looks like a civil project, and has tip-drive jets on the rotor blades. The site it came from has no specific information on it.
I think the project just might be real, since other companies have started projects like this. So, I would like information on the company, project initiation date, and the type and designation please.
