I can't find the year for this Volare issue :p

That artist's impression was also published in the German magazine Flug-Revue, March 1989, page 40.
Volare was a subsidiary company of Flug-Revue as it says in the picture caption.

Scale it up a bit, and you might have the basis for a good strategic bomber.
